The First Tour of the Yellow Double-Decker is the first adventure in what I hope will become a growing series set in the wonderfully peculiar world of The Squirrels in Tiny Hats. Join Commander Nutkins III and his fellow squirrels as they stumble into grand adventures, unexpected friendships, and the curious world beyond the trees.

Bringing their world to life is illustrator Stefanie Geyer, whose warm, expressive artwork has delighted readers through collaborations with independent authors and publishers on a wide range of children's books. Her illustrations have added charm to titles including My Mom Is a Millennial, The Boy Who Lives on Prickinjer Place, and Princess Ella and Trouble at the Royal Bake-Off.

I hope this is just the beginning, and that you'll enjoy watching this little world grow one story at a time.
