It has been brought to the attention of the Editorial Department that websites traditionally identify the persons responsible for designing them. Responsibility was briefly established before becoming unnecessarily complicated.

The Department is satisfied that a website now exists and has elected to leave the matter there. It considers this an acceptable outcome.
